Pontiff Cardinal Khern S. Oliver

B.Th., D.Div., J.C.L.

Life-long Career Clergy in Classical Churches

Pontiff Khern Oliver began his ecclesiastical career in the Franciscan tradition of canonical Catholic Churches under Vatican Bishops.  He was ordained into minor orders in the Anglican “Sacred Order of Saint Francis” of 1212 AD in Derby England (1997), where he was ordained as a Deacon and Priest (1998).  He was initiated into the Sacred Order of Benedictine Brothers (2004), specializing in investigations of energy manifestations and exorcisms.

In the Old Catholic Movement from 1145 AD led by the Anglican Franciscan Order, he was consecrated Bishop by the Old Roman Catholic Church in Lutterworth, England (2010), elevated to Archbishop (2010) and then to Cardinal (2012) by Corpus Christi Ecumenical Fellowship.

From seminary studies in the Essene Orthodox Church, he holds a Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) from the J.I. Wedgewood Seminary of the Order of Saint Thomas (2009), and a Doctor of Divinity (D.Div.) (Honoris Causa, for earned merit) from the Chivalric Order of Saint Daniel (2010).  He earned a Licentitate (Master) of Canon Law (J.C.L.) under an externship of the Royal Institute of Law and Justice (2014).

Khern was consecrated as an Independent Bishop, vested with multiple lines of Apostolic Succession which had been strategically accumulated to unite diverse Old Catholic Churches, consolidating a centralized Clergy of inclusiveness.

This led to his founding the Independent Rite of Catholic Churches (2010), comprised of 12 Churches and Orders, representing leading institutions of the Old Catholic Movement as recognized by the Vatican.

After service and ministry under the Anglican Franciscan Order (1997-2003), he practiced active Episcopal ministry in Corpus Christi Ecumenical Fellowship (2003-2014), the Celtic Cross Church, and the Celtic Church of the Good Shepherd (2008-2014), all led by the Franciscan Order.

The Anglican “Sacred Order of Saint Francis” from 1212 AD, leading the Independent Church Movement of 1145 AD and Old Catholic Movement of 1870 AD, with Templar Apostolic Succession lines carrying legal sovereign succession of Pontifical authority of the Templar Priesthood, enacted a “Charter of Pontifical Reestablishment” (2013) signed by five career Vatican Bishops.

In that Charter, Cardinal Khern was elected Pontiff (2013) of the Ancient Pontificate of the restored 12th century Ancient Apostolic Church, representing the original 1st century denomination of Ancient Christianity.

As Pontiff (Head of State) of the Ancient Apostolic Church as a Sister State of the Templar Order, Cardinal Khern Oliver holds a constitutional seat as Grand Canon of the Order as a sovereign subject of international law (since 2013).
